Maybe you always worried you’d find yourself pregnant accidentally but realize that you could have saved a lot of money on birth control over the years, Do you dream of holding your own baby in your arms and while you are happy for other women to have them, you wonder when your your time is coming? It can be an extremely stressful and emotionally vulnerable time. For much of the last 20 years I have treated women with fertility challenges, When I was in school people talked about specializing in fertility because that’s where the money is, I am not money motivated. I am much more motivated by helping people. I got into fertility by accident. I had a few fertility patients while in school and after I finished acupuncture school in 2006 I just kept getting people coming to me because they were having issues getting pregnant. I took a lot of continuing education classes by both experienced acupuncturists and reproductive endocrinologists and saw numerous fertility patients. I love it! I like to be able to provide emotional support for people during a difficult time.
